I was there for a business trip and had a comfortable stay in a spacious room that had a gorgeous view of the backwaters. Staff were exceptionally attentive and made dining a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the variety of dishes available. However, there were some maintenance issues that I noticed in certain areas. Overall, it was a relaxing experience and I appreciated the hospitality I received.

Request a lighter duvet upon check-in to ensure a comfortable night's sleep, especially if you're sensitive to heat.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Kochi, and it was such a delightful experience! The spacious Deluxe King Room with a stunning backwater view made my stay memorable. The staff impressed me with their friendly service, although I did encounter slight issues with air conditioning. Overall, I loved the atmosphere and the hospitality.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed a day cruise of the backwaters and watched breathtaking Kathakali performances. The hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Just a note, the swimming pool area was very well maintained, making it a great spot to relax.

The Deluxe King Room with Backwater View offered a beautiful sight and plenty of space. The air conditioning functioned well most of the time, but it had issues on a couple of days, leaving it uncomfortably warm. The service from the staff was exceptional. everyone greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. The breakfast buffet blew me away with its variety—delicious local dishes alongside international options. However, the room cleaning could be improved. I had to ask for replenishments multiple times, and one day it felt like the cleaners didn’t do much at all. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the lovely garden walkways, but the inconsistency in housekeeping needs attention.

Le Meridien offers a beautifully serene atmosphere with excellent backwater views. The staff's attentive service truly stood out, particularly in the dining areas where the variety of dishes catered to both local and international tastes. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and the facilities, including the pool and walking areas, added to a relaxing stay. The welcome drink they gave us upon arrival was refreshing and the staff was very attentive such as Mr Faizan who provided exceptional service like arranging our late checkout effortlessly. Also, we were totally impressed with how helpful the staff were at the buffet breakfast, ready to assist with anything we needed.

It wasn’t cheap but honestly was still acceptable.
